1. Introduction
Welcome to galactic-dream.com (“Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and the services we provide, including access to the Galactic Fix mobile application (“App”). By using our Site or App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site or App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or App.

3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on the Site.

4. Use of the Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Using the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Submitting automated, scripted, or bot-generated requests through any contact form or other input on the Site. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to detect and block such activity.

5. Accounts
If you register an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

6. Handyman Services
We provide handyman services as described on our Site and App. We do not perform work requiring a California contractor’s license, permit, or licensed trade professional unless such work is performed by a properly licensed contractor. Some services may be declined or referred out if licensing, permitting, or code requirements apply. All services are performed in accordance with standards of quality and professionalism.

7. Phone and Call Center Services
When you contact us by phone, your call may be answered and handled by a third-party call center service provider engaged by Galactic Dream LLC. This provider acts on our behalf for the purposes of appointment booking, service consultations, and customer communications. Your name, phone number, and service details shared during the call may be processed by this provider solely to fulfill your service request. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance. If your call is recorded, you will be notified at the beginning of the call in accordance with California law.

8. Galactic Fix Mobile Application
The Galactic Fix app is available for download on Android and iOS. Use of the App is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which supplement these Terms. The App allows users to:

  • Schedule appointments with SMS verification.
  • Check service area availability by ZIP code.
  • Receive appointment reminders and notifications.
  • Access customer support and callback requests.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Site and App, including text, images, logos, and design, are our property or the property of our licensors. The names Galactic Dream and Galactic Fix, including associated logos, are trademarks of Galactic Dream LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Site and App are provided “as is” without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, App, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct in connection with physical services performed on your property.

11. Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data shared with our call center provider and bot protection service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California. Before initiating legal action, please notify us at info@galactic-dream.com and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
