General Contractor in Lincoln: what to expect
Lincoln was one of the fastest-growing cities in California in the 2000s, and most of its homes date from that period: Sun City Lincoln Hills, Twelve Bridges and Lincoln Crossing were built largely from the late 1990s through the 2010s. At twenty-plus years old, those homes are at the age where builder-grade bathrooms, cultured-marble vanity tops and original carpet get replaced rather than repaired.
In Sun City Lincoln Hills, an active-adult community, the most common bathroom project is replacing a tub or a tub-shower combination with a walk-in shower with a low threshold, often with solid blocking added in the walls where grab bars will go. The historic core around downtown Lincoln, home to the Gladding, McBean clay works since 1875, has much older houses with their own remodeling questions.
Remodel permits are issued by the City of Lincoln building division, and Sun City Lincoln Hills and most newer neighborhoods have HOA rules for exterior changes. Lincoln is roughly 15 minutes from the Roseville base. Galactic Dream Construction Inc is licensed by the CSLB under #1161106 (Class B, General Building) and insured through NEXT Insurance.
